
Since Jimi Hendrix premature departure from the planet at the age of 27, fans of his music have wished for more of it. Surprisingly, so many years later, those wishes are coming true.
Jim Hendrix “Both Sides of the Sky” album is being released March 9. It’s a collection of previously unheard Hendrix material – unreleased studio tracks recorded at the Record Plant in New York in spring of 1969. You can hear the first song, “Mannish Boy,” off the album below. It’s an upbeat cover of an old Muddy Waters blues tune. Enjoy!
